By booking a ticket for any Yes Life Events staycation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Booking and Payments

•All bookings are processed securely through Stripe and include event access, accommodation and meals.

•Bookings are confirmed only after full payment.

•You will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

•All bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

 

2. Transfers and Cancellations

•All bookings are non refundable, including cancellations due to illness, travel issues or personal circumstances.

•You may transfer your booking to another adult aged eighteen or older by notifying us at least seventy two hours before the event.

•If Yes Life Events cancels the event, a full refund will be issued.

 

3. Accommodation

•All rooms are indoor hostel style ensuite rooms.

•Rooms are assigned based on group size, gender balance, safety and organiser discretion.

•Contact us in advance if you have accessibility needs.

•Attendees must respect room allocations and venue rules.

 

4. Meals and Dietary Requirements

•All meals are provided as part of your booking.

•Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements during registration.

•We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate needs, but cannot guarantee allergen free food.

 

5. Behaviour, Conduct and Quiet Hours

•Respectful, safe and inclusive behaviour is required at all times.

•Alcohol and smoking are allowed only in moderation.

•Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

•Quiet hours operate from eleven at night to seven in the morning.

 

6. Data Protection and Privacy (UK GDPR)

•We collect and store booking information such as name, contact details, room preferences and dietary needs.

•Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised organisers.

•Data is retained only as long as necessary, usually up to twelve months after the event.

•You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

•We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

7. Photography and Media

•Group photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for marketing or promotional purposes.

•If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform us during check in and we will respect your request.

 

 

8. Health, Safety and Emergencies

•Attendees must follow all health, safety and venue rules.

•Basic first aid support will be available. Please bring your own medications.

•The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

 

9. Changes to Schedule or Activities

•Organisers may adjust the event schedule, activities or content if required for operational or safety reasons.

•Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees as early as possible.

 

 

10. Age Restriction

•All Yes Life Events staycations are strictly for adults aged eighteen and over.

•Government issued ID may be required at check in.

 

11. Governing Law

•These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

•Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
